Green Apple Coleslaw

It’s summer time so settle in with the grill and chop up a sweet and tangy coleslaw on the side. This isn’t the typical bla soggy slaw. All recipe amounts are to taste so feel free to make adjustments, this is just a rough idea.


2 Green Apples
1 Carrot
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Avocado oil
Heaping tbsp Mayonaise
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Sprinkle of Ground Mustard
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper

Shred the cabbage, grate the carrot, and shop the apples. In a small bowl add all the condiments and whisk together then combine. Best if chilled for an hour, but who can really wait? I will add this to a burger, hotdog, sandwich, on the side, even as a snack. Let me know if/how you tweak this to make it your own!
